And I'm going to have my own Healthy Thinking Thursday! My goals are to stay between 1200 - 1300 calories for the day, walk 1 mile while I'm at work, and do at least 30 minutes of weight training when I get home. I'm going to try and avoid any sodas and drink lots of water as well.
