Healthy Thinking Thursday!

So what are my thoughts for this Thursday?  Hmm...first I think this is a lovely picture!  I would love to be having a nice workout outdoors today!  It's lovely here in Tennessee - and I can only hope that all of the snow is behind us.  The only real worry to contend with in my area right now is the traffic - it's time for the spring Nascar race in Bristol.  Normally I think there are around 20 - 25 thousand people (or less) in my town and the race brings in upwards of 160 thousand.  I'm starting to feel crowded just thinking about it!

On to my healthy thoughts - well I started the day out right because I got 8+ hours of sleep, which is a rare occurrence for me, but I have to admit that I can really feel the difference!  And for lunch I had Arby's - roast beef has to be better than a greasy burger, right?  I'm hoping to get a few laps in at work and maybe even talk David into going for a walk with me this evening.  I'll have to see what other good healthy thoughts come my way throughout the day.

I hope you're having a wonderful Thursday!

where in TN do you live? I think I 've asked you that before and you've probably answered me, bu t I'm not sure. We are in SE TN. We are about 3 hours from Bristol.
I'm glad you got a good night's sleep. I never get enough. I stay up way too late. I don't know why!
Arby's roast beef is definitely better than a burger. I ate one of their chicken salad sandwiches the other day. It was good, but the chicken was in great big chunks. It would have been better if it had been more chopped.

Julia I'm in NE TN and yes, I'm actually from Bristol. Knoxville is about 2 hours from me - are you closer to there?
I like chicken salad, but I haven't tried Arby's yet.

Kim, I'm sorry I've been so out of it and haven't been posting. I'm going to try my best to keep up from now on :)
